EB-05 “Heroines Edition vol.2”: official product facts and data limits

Confirmed information and open fields

The official page establishes the product name, October release month, English pack price, and 12-card pack contents. It also describes EB-05 as the second Heroines Extra Booster. It does not provide a rarity breakdown, card-type total, exact English release day, or a Japanese-language product specification as of the review date.

Those gaps matter for sealed-box research. English pack contents cannot be copied into a Japanese display entry, and an exact date shown by a shop can change before Bandai updates its own product page. OP Box Index therefore labels the month as confirmed and the remaining fields as pending.

What EB-03 can and cannot tell us

EB-03 Heroines Edition is the closest thematic comparison because it is the first product in the same named line. Its live page contains the current sealed-box observations and chase-card data. Keeping that changing data on the EB-03 page avoids freezing an old price into this preview.

One predecessor is a sample of one. Differences in card list, print volume, distribution, release timing, and reprints can produce a different result for EB-05. EB-03's history is useful context, but it is not evidence that EB-05 demand or price will follow the same path.

Evidence required before a sealed-box valuation

A useful EB-05 valuation needs the official Japanese and English specifications, confirmed card list and treatments, language-matched completed sales, transaction counts, and a clear seal condition. Active listings may show seller expectations, but they are not substituted for sales. Card prices also do not automatically equal sealed-box value because pull rates and hit distribution must be known.

Reprint information is reported only when Bandai, distributors, or dated market supply records support it. Absence of a reprint notice is not described as proof that no reprint will occur.

How to verify a Japanese sealed display

For a Japanese One Piece display, require clear photos of the original Bandai security tape and confirm that it is uncut. Added shrink does not replace the tape check. Inspect the box code, top and bottom panels, side seams, dents, tears, and any adhesive irregularity. Loose packs, opened displays, mixed-language lots, and listings that conceal the tape are excluded.

The official English page describes packs, not a Japanese display seal. Product language and seal standard must therefore be recorded separately rather than inferred from the Heroines name.
