OP-13 combines a Five Elders parallel, an Ace wanted-poster treatment and a separately tracked red manga Luffy. Variant matching matters here because standard and red manga listings cannot be combined into one chase-card price.
Reprint record: The source ledger records retailer reprint activity in September and November 2025. Those dated records show that additional retail availability occurred, but they do not disclose print volume or establish a future restock schedule.
Factory-seal check: Verify that the original Bandai security tape is uncut and that photos show the tape edges, side seams, bottom and product code. OP-13 loose packs, mixed-language lots and listings that hide the seal area are excluded from sealed-box comparisons.

That is what makes this late-2025 box one of the more interesting ones in our daily data — and why sold prices deserve even more weight over asking prices here than usual.

This ratio does not explain why.
