One Piece booster box prices in Southeast Asia: PH, SG, MY, ID & TH
Research and data: OP Box Index · Published · Updated · Data sources & methodology
Southeast Asia has an active One Piece Card Game market, while many price references are still quoted in US dollars and based on US marketplaces. This guide converts the tracked sealed-box market into pesos, Singapore dollars, ringgit, rupiah and baht; explains how the Asia English edition differs from the US version; and lists common marketplace options in the region.
First: which version are you buying?
Three different products get called "a One Piece booster box" in Southeast Asia:
- Japanese edition — 24 packs × 6 cards. Cheapest at retail, first to release, and the version whose chase cards dominate high-end collecting. This is the version our tracker prices daily.
- Asia English edition — English-language cards distributed by Bandai's Asia branch for Southeast Asia and nearby markets. It follows its own schedule, usually much closer to Japan than to America: OP-16 The Time of Battle released May 30, 2026 in Japan and the Asia region, while the US English version came June 12. The next set, OP-17 The World's Strongest Warriors, is officially dated August 22, 2026 for Japan/Asia (Bandai official).
- US (NA) English edition — the version most global price sites quote. MSRP $4.99 per pack (Bandai US official), and the version behind the big English market premiums.
The practical point: an "English box" on a Manila or Jakarta marketplace may be Asia-region or US-region stock, and the two do not carry identical resale values in the wider market. Ask the seller which it is, and be suspicious of listings that will not say.

Where collectors in the region actually buy
- Philippines: local game stores in Metro Manila and major cities, plus Shopee and Lazada. Marketplace stock mixes Asia-English, Japanese imports and occasionally US boxes — authenticity varies by seller, so buy from shops with card-game track records and check the factory seal against our reseal checklist.
- Singapore: the region's most developed scene — dedicated TCG shops carry Asia-English product at release, and Carousell handles most secondary sales. Prices track close to global market values because import friction is low.
- Malaysia: TCG shops in the Klang Valley plus Shopee and Carousell. Asia-English supply is generally good at release.
- Indonesia: Tokopedia and Shopee dominate; Japanese boxes are common as imports. Watch the rupiah spread — listings often price well above the USD benchmark for sealed Japanese product.
- Thailand: Shopee plus a growing Bangkok shop scene. Bandai has been expanding official Asia distribution here.
- Importing from Japan: for out-of-print Japanese boxes, importing (proxy services, or eBay sellers shipping from Japan) is often the only route. Add shipping and your country's import taxes to the USD price before comparing with local listings — the tracker price is the box only.
We do not take payments or referrals from any regional marketplace, so treat the notes above as market observations, not endorsements.
Why USD benchmarks still matter in SEA
Sealed One Piece boxes are globally tradable. When a local listing in pesos or rupiah drifts far below the USD market value, resellers arbitrage it away; when it drifts far above, patient buyers import instead. That is why our tracker keeps a single USD anchor per box — convert it to your currency (table above) and you have an instant fair-value check for any local listing. For which sets look strong or weak right now, the comparison table ranks all 21 Japanese boxes, and our six-month price study covers how Japanese and English versions have diverged in 2026.
FAQ
Is the Asia English version worth less than the US English version?
They are distinct distributions with separate supply, and secondary prices for aged sealed product have generally favored the US print in Western marketplaces. Within Southeast Asia, Asia-English boxes are the natural version to play and collect. If long-term sealed resale to Western buyers is your goal, confirm the region before paying an "English box" premium.
Are Japanese boxes cheaper in Japan than in SEA marketplaces?
At release, usually yes — Japanese retail (about $36 at MSRP) plus shipping typically undercuts local marketplace markups. Out of print, the gap narrows because everyone is importing from the same shrinking pool.
Can I see prices in my currency on the tracker?
The tracker currently displays USD with KRW and JPY conversions. Use the July 2026 table above for PHP, SGD, MYR, IDR and THB reference rates — and if a local-currency toggle would help you, tell us; we ship reader requests.
