Enies Lobby's odd couple: a masked sniper and a wanted poster
Pillars of Strength covers the Water 7 and Enies Lobby stretch, and its two signature cards could not be more different: the manga-art Sogeking — Usopp in his sniper alter ego — and a Luffy framed as his own wanted poster, an art treatment the game kept returning to in later sets. The alternate-art Nami here is a staple of female-character collections.
The set was printed in the game's first summer, while demand was still being discovered, so boxes from this window carry the same shrinking-supply logic as the two sets before it. In our chase table the value is spread wider than in Ace's set — a board of mid-strength cards rather than one giant.
